Meet Malin – the Founder of Gro Gro®
After having her first child, Malin faced the challenge that most new mums experience. She wanted the best food for her daughter but was often in situations where she couldn’t prepare food at home and had to deal with the guilt of resorting to packaged baby food.
The birth of Gro Gro®
Malin becomes a new Mum and struggles to find healthy convenient feeding options...
It felt unnatural serving her baby ambient food products from the shelf – so Malin began cooking her own meals. Baby food from the shelves was often older than her own child. It just wasn't good enough, and there where no other options.
Wanting to spread the world Malin publishes her first baby food book with Gyldendal – one of Norway's biggest publisher!
Malin begins to share her experience on the importance of high quality baby food and how easy it can be to cook your own baby food. At the same time having her second child and starting studying, to become a registered Nutritionist. Malin realises cooking from scratch when time poor can be very difficult to maintain.

Gro Gro® is born out of a frustration with a lack of healthy, organic, additive free babyfood ... After having multiple courses for parents on how to cook your own baby food, the realisation came to Malin. What everyone wanted and needed was a fresh, high quality baby food, ready to serve.
Gro Gro® launch to raise awareness & bring cold-pressed, natural baby food to a wider audience
After two years together with a strong team, searching for the best ingredients, best suppliers and the best producer – Gro Gro® launch in Norway. Starting by supplying Scandinavian parents and their children, Gro Gro® is aiming to bring high quality cold-pressed baby food to all families in Europe.
